Rock 'n' Recovery
The inteBIC Guide To Rock 'n' Roll
That's Good For The Soul

Music can play a very important role in recovery from any accident, illness, physical or emotional trauma. This is especially true for teens and young adults, for whom rock 'n' roll is often a major part of their lives.

The goal of our Rock 'n' Recovery project is to help instill a healthy attitude and a positive look to the future in young rock music lovers. The songs on the recommended playlist are intended to be upbeat, to relate specifically to a recovery-type situation, and to help lead to a better day. Please feel free to e-mail now and help us add to the selections at this site.
